Shipping

• Flat rate shipping (including insurance) to the Continental United States via UPS Ground Service, FedEx or USPS. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
  

• Orders ship within 48 hrs of placing your order via UPS Ground Service, from New York. You will receive an email confirming your order upon checkout and the status of the order will be updated when the items are shipped and then again when they are delivered.
  

• All customers inquiring about tracking information please email to support@fragrances-on-sale.com

• If any fragrance reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and/or recieving a replacement for the fragrance. You must contact us within 20 days of receipt of any fragrance. You may report a lost or broken fragrance by going to your purchase history. Inside your Purchase History, click on the specific order id and then select for specific fragrance or fragrances.

• RETURNS CANNOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS.

• No matter for exchange or refund, buyers should send the products back first. After we receive the returned fragrance(s), we will process the refund or exchange immediately.
